  MICHAEL SHOWALTER,  President
   Resumé

   Michael Showalter is the president of CDR, which he established in 1993. He was a general contractor for 18 years and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. As a licensed real estate broker he owns Showpiece Investment Property Management. Mike's construction expertise, real estate experience and knowledge of the legal process, along with his keen observation and negotiating skills, provide a unique basis from which he can effectively resolve construction disputes.



  BRYCE GIVEN
   Resumé

   Bryce Given has extensive and diverse experience in the construction industry. He worked for over 16 years as a project manager for various large commercial contractors, and for several years owned a general contracting business. In addition to this he is an RCI Registered Roof Observer. Bryce's first-hand knowledge of both commercial and residential construction enables him to effectively discern and understand the technical and accounting issues often presented in construction disputes.



  BILL CHRISTENSON
   Resumé

   Bill Christenson has over 24 years of successful construction management experience in building and civil construction work. This includes military and public works contracting in addition to residential and multi-family housing. Bill's background of bid preparation, quality control, cost management, purchasing, and project supervision gives him a broad framework for analyzing building systems and construction issues. His skills in contract administration and negotiation are a strong asset to his work as a case manager at CDR.



  TRACY LUITEN

   Tracy Luiten is the office coordinator for CDR. She was a paralegal for three years working with civil litigation and commercial matters. Prior to that she spent thirteen years in airline customer service. Tracy is responsible for case administration, coordinating retainers and schedules with clients, arranging staff travel and handling general office duties.



  LAURA DIENI

    Laura Dieni is the accounting manager at CDR. She has worked in the accounting/bookkeeping field since 1988, overseeing the financial records for an import/export company and also working as an accounting manager/title clerk in the auto industry. At CDR she is responsible for accounts receivable, payables, corporate reporting, and managing the billings for clients.



  JANET SHOWALTER

   Janet Showalter is the secretary, treasurer and owner of CDR. She is also an owner and licensed associate broker of Showpiece Investment Property Management. Her background includes ownership of Showpiece Construction, Inc., a custom home construction company which she operated with Mike for 18 years. Previous to that she was the manager of a local escrow company and its branches. She is the general manager for CDR and handles marketing, human resources, education, purchasing, accounting and legal issues.
